In October 2020, we introduced a new OriginalDocument extra field to download original files attached to emails (such as PDFs, Excels, CSVs).
We have now extended this to emails themselves. You can now get a link to download the original email exactly as we received it, in EML format.
This update opens up new uses cases. For example, you can now have the email copied on a cloud drive for archiving or auditing purpose every time you parsed its content.
