Parseur's old support website had reached its limitations: not always easy to navigate, no search capability, no proper home page.
Our new support center features:

- Integration with our chat box so that we can suggest articles relevant to your question even if we're not available to reply straight away
- Improved design and navigation to find the answer more easily
- 5-seconds feedback buttons at the end of each article so that you can help us know when an article needs improvement
