Last year, we introduced our new AI parsing engine, which allowed you to parse documents without the need for a template. We've seen great success with this engine, and a large number of our users have adopted it.
We've been working hard to improve it further, and we're excited to announce the release of Parseur’s AI engine v2, along with several other significant updates that will enhance your experience with Parseur’s document parsing capabilities. Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:
New AI Engine v2
We’re rolling out our new and improved AI parsing engine—AI v2. While it retains the same functionality as the previous version, this upgraded engine is much "smarter" and delivers more accurate results, especially when handling longer documents.
All newly created mailboxes automatically use AI v2. For those with existing mailboxes, you can easily switch to the new engine in your mailbox settings.
AI-Assisted Mailbox Creation: parse documents in seconds
Creating a new mailbox has never been easier. With our new AI-assisted mailbox creation feature, Parseur can now suggest the most suitable mailbox type for your document. This eliminates the need to manually search through a growing list of mailbox types. Simply create a new mailbox and click on the “AI-Assisted Mailbox Creation” button to try it out.
Additionally, if Parseur cannot identify an existing mailbox type during the creation process, it will now suggest a few fields to extract from the uploaded document. These suggested fields can be renamed, edited, or removed according to your specific needs, giving you greater control over the parsing process.
Improved OCR Engine
We’ve upgraded our OCR technology to enhance accuracy, particularly with low-quality scanned documents. This new version of the OCR engine is designed to significantly improve text recognition, making your document processing smoother and more reliable.
