The new SenderName extra field is available and allows you to get the name of the sender, for documents originating from an email.
SenderName field is a JSON string that shows the name of the email sender. It is related to the Sender field that shows the email address of the sender.
Only documents created after this feature is deployed (On November 10th, 2020) will have the SenderName populated.
