In this article, we will show you the steps to send in the parsed email data to your SharePoint with the integration of Microsoft Flow.
Integrating Parseur with SharePoint
Parseur is a powerful email parsing tool that automates data extraction from emails, attachments, and documents such as PDFs and Microsoft Word. In simple terms, with Parseur you can save countless hours of manual work with automated workflows.
Microsoft Flow, also known as Microsoft Power Automate, allows you to easily integrate with various cloud-based apps and services. The aim is to reduce repetitive and manual tasks by creating automated workflows, thus increasing efficiency in your business.
Let's take the case where you receive leads via email or other platforms. It does not matter in which industry you are; leads generation has always been an essential tool in any business. You may be receiving hundreds of emails daily from potential clients which is a good thing! However, those emails come in different layouts and formats and manually extracting specific data (customer name, customer email, message) can be time-consuming. On top of that, you have to send that information to a SharePoint so that it can be easily accessible to your team.
Tiring and time-intensive right?
Luckily for you - The integration of Parseur and Microsoft Flow will help you automate these repetitive tasks, saving you time!
How to get started?
Step 1: Create a Parseur mailbox to collect your leads
Create your mailbox by selecting the first option "custom emails" Parseur can process any type of emails automatically as well, for example, food delivery industry, real estate, or job search.
Step 2: Forward the lead email to Parseur
Send the email to your Parseur mailbox (you will receive an email address for the mailbox). You can also create auto-forwarding rules so that every email of this format is sent to your Parseur mailbox.
Step 3: Extract email data with AI
Compared to other email parsers, you do not need to create parsing rules for data extraction; our AI tool will take care of everything.
All the following emails that you forward to this mailbox will be automatically processed.
Now, let's head to the coolest part of the article which is exporting the extracted data to SharePoint.
Step 4: Export the parsed data to SharePoint
On the left-hand side of your Parseur mailbox, click on "export" and on "MS Flow"
Click on "create a new flow" and you will be redirected to your Power Automate account
If you don't have any configured flows yet, you will have to create a new one and authenticate your Parseur account.
If you have already configured your flows, you will be redirected to the page below:
Step 5: Select the Parseur mailbox where you have created your template
Once you have selected your mailbox, look for "SharePoint - create item" in the search box From there, select the SharePoint address

Step 6: Test your SharePoint integration
