Do you receive tons of leads and inquiries via email from Zillow, Trulia, Realtor and other real estate platforms? Are you looking for a way to automate data extraction from those emails? With Parseur, you can automatically extract information from real estate emails in just a few clicks. Let's see how!
Why automate your real estate leads workflow?
If you found this article, chances are that you are running one or more real estate agencies, advertising your listings on platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor and looking for a way to reduce the workload to manage all your leads.
When someone is interested in one of your houses for sale or rent, they contact you through those realty platforms. For each contact request, you receive an email with the lead details.
And for each email, you likely want to:
- Assign a sales rep to the lead
- Mark the contact as interested in the property listing
- Schedule a call to arrange a visit
- Update your team's calendar once the visit is arranged
- Add the lead to your contact list for future opportunities
- Maybe add the contact to your marketing campaigns
If you have a few hot listings in your inventory, you can easily get hundreds of those emails every day. That's a lot of work to keep on top of if you do everything manually! Moreover, it's likely that some emails sometimes get missed or that you spend more effort than you'd like keeping on top of everything.
The solution? Set up an automated data extraction pipeline to automate all those actions to focus on the real value you add to your clients!

How to get started with Parseur?
Using Parseur for extracting data from your real estate leads is very simple.
Step 1: Sign up for your free account on Parseur
If you don't have an account already, create a Parseur account. Parseur is free to start with for a limited number of emails sent per month.
Free signup, no credit card required.
Step 2: Create your Parseur mailbox
Create a mailbox, enter a name, and make sure to choose Real Estate leads when prompted for the mailbox type.
Step 3: Forward leads to the Parseur mailbox
Once your mailbox is created, Parseur gives you an email address to forward your emails to.
Send a few leads from various platforms to this address.
Important: For best results, we recommend you forward your emails from your original client email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and not from your phone or desktop email client (Apple mail, Outlook, etc.). Even better, you should create forwarding rules to automatically send emails from your mailbox to your Parseur mailbox. Check out this page to learn how.
Here is an example of a typical contact email from Zillow:
Step 4: Check the parsed results
If Parseur knows the real estate platform, it will process the document automatically.

Step 5: Export the parsed data to any platform of your choice
What you do with your data is for you to decide.
Here are a few common use cases from our customers:
- Automatically send an email back to the lead, thanking him for his message and giving an estimation of how soon he will hear from you
- Add the lead details to your contact list in a Google Sheet spreadsheet
- Add a task in your CRM to call back the lead and schedule a visit
- Update your team calendar with the scheduled visit, including the property address and map along with lead details
... possibilities are endless!
And all this can be done automatically, thanks to Parseur integration with thousands of applications via its Zapier connector, Microsoft Flow connector, and Integromat integration. Check out our integration page to learn more about some of the applications integrated with Parseur.

If it is a well-known platform and you have sample emails, you can contact us and ask us to add support.
