How to get started with Parseur?

Step 1: Sign up for your free plan and create your Parseur mailbox

Select the first option "custom emails (default)"

Once your mailbox is created, you will receive an email address where you can forward your emails.

Step 2: Forward your lead email to the Parseur mailbox

It doesn't matter in which format or layout your emails are; just forward them to your Parseur mailbox.

The email will arrive in less than 10 seconds!

You can also set up an auto-forwarding rule from your personal mailbox to your Parseur mailbox.

Step 3: Our AI parser will extract data you want to send to Knack database

You do not need to create any parsing rules for the data extraction process, unlike other email parsers. Parseur is integrated with a powerful AI engine. You just need to highlight the text elements that you want to extract and create data fields for them.

Step 4: Export the parsed data to Knack Database

Click on "export" and search for "knack database" under Zapier

At this point, you will be redirected to your Zapier account. You may then create a new Zapier account or log into your existing one.

Zapier will ask you to sign in to your Parseur account and select the mailbox where the data has been extracted.

Once the Parseur mailbox has been connected, Zapier will contact the Parseur API to retrieve the parsed email data.

Now, it's time to connect with your Knack database account.

Choose Knack as the "App" and "Create Record" when asked to "Choose Action Event"

Sign in to your Knack account in Zapier and choose where to create the record.

From there, you will be able to customize the record with the extracted data from Parseur.

Once you've filled in everything with the relevant data, you can send a test to create the record in the Knack database.
