Step 1: Create a Parseur Mailbox
Once logged in, create a new mailbox in Parseur to receive the documents from which you want to extract data. We recommend the AI-assisted mailbox creation, but you can create a custom one.
Step 2: Upload your document to Parseur
Once Parseur receives the document, confirm your mailbox type. You can also set up your email forwarding to send relevant emails to your Parseur mailbox.
Step 3: Our AI parser extracts the data automatically
Sit back and let our AI tool do its work with its strong capabilities. Verify the parsed data once the document has been processed.
Step 4: Send the parsed data to OttoKit
We will export this data from Parseur to Google Drive via OttoKit for this integration article.
Go to the "Workflows" tab and click "Create Workflow and "Name your workflow. Click "Add Trigger and select "Parseur" from the list of available triggers.
You will receive a Webhook URL to add to the Parseur mailbox so OttoKit can receive the parsed data.
Step 5: Add Google Drive as an action
Click "Add Action" and choose Google Drive. Map the parsed data fields to the appropriate fields in the target application.
Step 6: Test the Integration
Send a test to your Parseur mailbox and check if the document has been uploaded to your Google Drive folder automatically.
