Step 1: Create a Parseur account
No, don't look for your credit card. You can use our free plan without inserting any credit card details.
Step 2: Create a resume parser
Choose the mailbox "Resumes/CVs" and upload a resume into the mailbox.
Parseur will receive the resume within seconds.
Step 3: The AI parser will process the resume automatically
The resume will be processed instantly by our powerful AI engine. You can also teach the AI parser which specific fields you need to extract such as names, emails, work experience, and education.
Step 4: Connect Parseur with Make
Once you have the resume data ready, call our friend, Make with which Parseur has native integration with.
Go to "export", click on "Make" and "new scenario" and it will redirect you to the Make dashboard.
Add Parseur as a module and don't forget to choose the trigger as "watch document processed".
To integrate Parseur with Make, you'll have to add the API key found in your account settings.
Step 5: Add Workday as a module
Choose Workday human capital management and create the connection between Workday and Make.
Click on "create a connection" and choose the connection type.
Input your login details for Workday and voila! Follow the instructions and customize the fields using the resume data.
Once done, click on "Run once" and verify whether data has been sent to your Workday account accurately.
Note: Those integration steps are done only once. From now on, each time Parseur processes a resume, it will be sent to Make and Workday instantly.
