A Dynamics 365 email integration that fills the CRM for you

Dynamics 365 is where your customer data should live. It is not where it arrives. Parseur is an AI email parser that reads the emails and PDFs landing in your inbox, extracts the fields you name, and lets you send document data to Dynamics 365 through Power Automate the moment a document comes in. No more retyping leads into the CRM.

Web form and lead notifications

Parseur pulls name, email, phone, company, and message out of the notification emails your website, landing pages, and lead generation services send you. Each one becomes a new lead in Dynamics 365 within seconds of arriving.

PDF forms and quote requests

Parseur reads filled-in PDF forms, quote requests, and scanned applications attached to emails, including the fields buried in tables. The contact and request details land as a Dynamics 365 lead or contact, with no manual copy and paste.

Order and support emails

Parseur captures order numbers, customer details, and product lines from order confirmations and support requests. Power Automate then creates the contact or updates the existing record in Dynamics 365 so your team sees the full history.

How it works

How the Dynamics CRM integration works

Set it up once. Every new email is parsed and delivered on its own after that.

1. Create your Parseur mailbox

Sign up and get a dedicated email address where your documents land.

2. Forward your emails

Send emails manually or set up auto forwarding so every new one arrives on its own.

3. AI extracts the data

Parseur reads each email and pulls out the fields you need as structured data.

4. Data lands in Dynamics CRM

Power Automate picks up the parsed data and sends it to Dynamics CRM in real time.

BuildYourBnB, a short-term rental business hosting over 10,000 guests per year, uses Parseur to turn booking and guest emails into structured data and route it into its business tools through an automation platform, the same shape as this Parseur to Dynamics 365 integration. Founder Boris Mordkovich compared Parseur against the parser built into his automation tool and kept Parseur for its accuracy on the long HTML emails booking platforms send.

Send text extracted from emails and PDFs like leads or contacts to Dynamics 365 CRM using Parseur

Microsoft Dynamics is a jack-of-all-trades CRM that allows you to manage all aspects of your company in a familiar Microsoft environment. Parseur is a popular AI parsing solution to extract text from your documents automatically in just a few clicks. By integrating the two together, you can automatically create or update leads in Dynamics 365 using data extracted from emails and PDFs.

For example, some of our customers send data to Microsoft Dynamics to:

  • create a lead after it registers on their website or via a web form
  • update a lead when it sends a support request via email
  • add a contact after customer makes a purchase

Using Parseur you can extract text from any document (PDF or email) and send it to your Dynamics dashboard in real time as perfectly structured data. You can stop manually copying and pasting data into your CRM, saving you time and improving your business automation.

How this PDF to Microsoft Dynamics integration works

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about using Parseur to send document data to Dynamics 365 from emails and PDFs.

Parseur receives your emails and PDF attachments at a dedicated mailbox address, its built-in AI extracts the fields you name such as name, email, phone, and company, and a Power Automate flow creates or updates the matching lead or contact in Dynamics 365 in real time. You set up the extraction once in Parseur and the flow once in Power Automate. Every document after that is handled on its own.

No. Parseur's built-in AI extracts the fields you ask for from any layout, so notifications from your website, a lead generation service, and a partner's PDF form can all feed the same Dynamics 365 flow without per-sender setup. When a sender changes its email design, the extraction keeps working.

Add a lookup step in your Power Automate flow before the create step. The flow searches Dynamics 365 for an existing contact or lead with the email address Parseur extracted, then updates that record if it finds one and creates a new lead only if it does not. Parseur gives you a clean, consistent email field every time, which is what makes that lookup reliable.

Yes. Parseur has a ready-made Zapier template for Dynamics 365 as well, so teams that already run their automations in Zapier can use it in place of Power Automate. Power Automate is the natural fit if your company lives in Microsoft 365, since the Dataverse connector and your licenses are already there. Compare the two in the Zapier vs Make vs Power Automate article.

Yes. Parseur is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II compliant, and the parsed data travels to Power Automate and Dynamics 365 over HTTPS. Your documents stay in your Parseur account under your retention settings, and you decide which fields leave Parseur for the CRM.

Power Automate can trigger on a new email and read its subject, body, and attachments, but turning that raw text into named fields takes expressions, AI Builder models, or custom logic that you maintain per sender. Parseur does the extraction step for you: it returns clean fields from any email or PDF layout, and Power Automate only has to map them to Dynamics 365. Read the Parseur and Power Automate guide for the flow setup.

Parseur hands Power Automate a set of named fields, and the flow can write them to any Dynamics 365 or Dataverse table the connector exposes, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and cases. You pick the table and map each Parseur field to a Dynamics 365 column in the flow. Custom columns work the same way as standard ones.

Yes. Parseur's AI reads native PDFs, scanned documents, and images attached to emails, including tables, and returns the same structured fields it returns for plain emails. That is the gap most teams hit when they try to extract PDF data inside Power Automate alone. See the PDF parser page for the document side of the workflow.

Parseur extracts the fields it finds and leaves the missing ones empty, and every processed email stays visible in your Parseur mailbox so you can review and correct any parsed document. You can also branch your Power Automate flow on an empty field, for example to route incomplete leads to a Teams channel instead of creating them in Dynamics 365.
