The integration can be summarized in 3 main steps as follows:
- A new document is received in your Parseur mailbox
- Parseur extracts the specific data and sends the data to Zapier
- Zapier creates a new record in Tadabase automatically
To use this integration you will need:
- A Parseur account
- A Zapier account
- A Tadabase account
Step 1: Create a Parseur mailbox to receive your email
With the free plan, you can get access to all the features for a limited amount of emails.
Parseur has different mailboxes for various industries. Depending on your requirements, you can create the appropriate mailbox. For this integration article, we’ll create a “Generic leads” mailbox to receive leads’ emails
Step 2: Forward the email to the Parseur mailbox
You’ll receive an email address for your Parseur mailbox. Forward the email to create a parsing template.
Step 3: Create a custom template to parse data
It’s simple to create a parsing template within Parseur. Just highlight the data that you want to extract and create data fields for it.
Step 4: Export the data to Tadabase
Head over to “export” and under Zapier, search for Tadabase and click on “use this zap”. It will redirect you to your Zapier dashboard.
Make sure that the trigger is “new document processed” and the action is “create record”
Step 5: Connect Parseur to Zapier
Zapier will prompt you to login to your Parseur account and choose the correct mailbox.
Zapier will retrieve the data of the latest email received and processed from Parseur.
Step 6: Connect Tadabase to Zapier
The next step is to connect Tadabase with Zapier. You’ll have to provide the API key found in your Tadabase account.

Once done, choose the app where you need to create a new record.
Select the table and using the parsed data, add the lead name.
Step 7: Send a test from Zapier to Tadabase
We recommend that you send a test to verify that the record has been created successfully.
