What is a credit?
A credit is the unit used to calculate your monthly Parseur usage. One credit is used when extracting text from a document for the first time. Additional credits are also counted for each address parsed using the Address field format.
How do you count my credit usage?
Only documents you extract text from are counted towards your monthly credit usage. Documents that were not processed (or were skipped) are NOT counted towards your monthly credit.
What happens if I run over my usage?
When you reach your quota, We will inform you by email. We will still accept new documents and set their status to "Quota exceeded". You can either upgrade your plan or wait for your credit to be renewed.
Can I carry unused credits to the next month?
No, unused credits are not carried over. Your quota is valid during a month and any unused credit at the end of your billing period will expire.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express and MasterCard. For Enterprise plans, we also accept PO, SEPA debits and bank wires (additional fees may apply).
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time in the app. When changing for a higher tier, plan change will be immediate. When changing for a lower tier, plan change will happen at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the app. Once cancelled, your subscription will automatically be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and no more payments will be due.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice by email upon successful payment. You will also find a copy of that invoice in your profile, under Invoices & Usage.
How safe is my credit card number?
Very safe. Your payment details are securely stored by our third party payment processor, Stripe. Stripe is the world leader payment processor and follows the strictest requirements for security.
What is your retention policy?
Retention policy can be set anywhere between 1 day and unlimited for paying customers (max 90 days for users on free plan). You can change your retention policy in your mailbox settings.
