Turn Webflow form submissions into structured records
Webflow collects the submission. Parseur decides what it becomes. Every Webflow form entry reaches Parseur through Zapier as a document, its fields extracted and named, ready to route to a CRM, a spreadsheet, or your own API. A notification email in an inbox is not a record anyone can work from.
-
Contact and enquiry forms
Parseur turns each contact form entry into a structured document with name, email, phone, and message as separate fields, ready for the CRM.
-
Applications and long forms
Parseur handles multi-field application and intake forms, keeping every answer as its own field so nothing has to be read out of a paragraph later.
-
A document per submission
Parseur creates a document for every submission, so you keep a permanent, searchable record of what was submitted and when, alongside the data you routed onward.
How the Webflow integration works
-
1. Create your Parseur mailbox
- Sign up and get a dedicated email address where your documents land.
-
2. Forward your emails
- Send emails manually or set up auto forwarding so every new one arrives on its own.
-
3. AI extracts the data
- Parseur reads each email and pulls out the fields you need as structured data.
-
4. Data lands in Webflow
- Zapier picks up the parsed data and sends it to Webflow in real time.

Do you receive many form submissions on your website? Maybe your leads or customers contact you through your website many times per day. And, you need to filter out that information and send important data to a CRM, for example.
The best way to do this seamlessly is to integrate your Webflow account with Parseur. Let's take a look at how we can do that!
What is Webflow?
Webflow is a no-code platform that allows you to create custom websites. It also includes tools for animating elements, integrating with third-party platforms, and publishing the finished website. Webflow is perfect for those who are not developers or can't hire someone to design a website.
Webflow offers a number of integrations with other platforms and tools such as Shopify or BigCommerce. Additionally, Webflow offers integrations with other design and development tools, such as Figma and GitHub, and popular content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal. These integrations allow users to extend the capabilities of their website and work more efficiently.
Benefits of using Webflow
One of the main benefits is that Webflow allows users to create responsive, mobile-friendly websites without writing any code. In the past, companies had to rely on developers to create their websites. For a small business owner who cannot afford a programmer, Webflow acts as a great alternative.
Another benefit of Webflow is that it has a visual editor that makes it easy to design and customize a website using a drag-and-drop interface. This allows users to see their changes in real-time and iterate quickly on their design.
Additionally, Webflow offers a variety of tools and features for animating elements, integrating with other platforms, and publishing the finished website. These features make it a powerful and flexible platform for creating custom websites.
Why integrate Webflow with Parseur?
Almost every website has a contact form so that people can reach you and leave a message. For instance, if you have an online shop and you've created a website using Webflow and you receive tons of messages from it.
You'll want to extract important information from it, such as the customer's details, and input them into a CRM.
The same approach works beyond a CRM. If those submissions belong in a reporting table or a production schema, our guide to sending a web form to database covers the webhook and email routes side by side.
Instead of doing this process manually, you can let Parseur do the job for you!
By integrating Webflow with Parseur, the information will be sent in the document format where you can extract your data automatically, save the document or send it to any application of your choice.
