How does this Parseur to Recruit CRM integration work?
Parseur offers a free plan with all its features and a native integration with Zapier that seamlessly connects it to Recruit CRM.
Step 1: Create a Parseur mailbox
Once you're logged in, create a new mailbox in Parseur. This mailbox will receive the CVs containing the data you want to extract. We will use the AI-assisted mailbox, but you can always opt for the custom one.
Step 2: Forward a resume to Parseur
There are three ways to send the resume to Parseur:
- Drag and drop
- Upload directly
- Send it to your Parseur’s email address
If you choose the last option, we recommend setting up an auto-forwarding rule to send emails automatically to your Parseur mailbox.
Step 3: Our AI parser processes the resume instantly
Verify the parsed data once it has been processed – you can also add new fields or delete the ones you don’t need.
Step 4: Configure Parseur in Zapier
Head over to “export,” click on “Zapier,” search for “Recruit CRM,” and click on it to redirect you to the Zapier dashboard.
On your dashboard, choose Parseur as the trigger app. Select "New Document Processed" as the trigger event. Connect your Parseur account to Zapier and choose the resume mailbox.
Step 5: Configure Recruit CRM in Zapier
Choose Recruit CRM as the action app. Select "Add Candidate" as the event.
Connect your Recruit CRM account to Zapier using the API key from Recruit CRM settings. Map the fields from Parseur to the corresponding fields in Recruit CRM.
Step 5: Test the Parseur-Recruit CRM integration
Send a test to your Parseur mailbox and check if the data is pushed to Recruit CRM.
