How to integrate Parseur with BambooHR
Step 1: Create a Parseur mailbox
If you haven't already, sign up for a Parseur account and choose an AI-assisted mailbox. Depending on your requirements, you can also create a custom one.
Step 2: Forward a resume to the mailbox
Upon receiving your document, Parseur will ask you to confirm the mailbox type and name. You can rename the mailbox however you want.
Step 3: Parseur extracts data from the resume
Using our powerful AI parser, data is extracted automatically from when Parseur receives the PDF.
Step 4: Connect Parseur with Zapier
Go to “export” and “Zapier” and search for BambooHR. This will redirect you to the Zapier dashboard.
Select Parseur as the trigger app and choose the specific mailbox you set up earlier. Select "New Document Processed" as the trigger event. Zapier will prompt you to test the trigger by processing a document in Parseur.
Step 5: Connect BambooHR to Zapier
Select BambooHR as the action app and choose the action event as “Create Employee.”
In your BambooHR account, go to the integrations or API section. Generate an API key to connect BambooHR with Zapier.
Map the extracted data fields from Parseur to the corresponding fields in BambooHR.
